In an effort to streamline repairs and enquiries, your gear will be tagged with an RFID sticker as well as an email which you can then check / scan at any time for the status of your repair .. or even add a new repair to your TCID ( Tech Central ID )
Be concise and descriptive with the fault you are experiencing. e.g. "It doesn't work" is not enough.
If you are registered as a VIP, your Repair Request will reflect this as well ( VIP ✔ ).
