Australian Local Repair Request

In an effort to streamline repairs and enquiries, your gear will be tagged with an RFID sticker as well as an email which you can then check / scan at any time for the status of your repair .. or even add a new repair to your TCID ( Tech Central ID )

Be concise and descriptive with the fault you are experiencing. e.g. "It doesn't work" is not enough.
If you are registered as a VIP, your Repair Request will reflect this as well ( VIP ).
