Repairs
All repairs are carried out in-house by myself and warranted for 3 months.Where there is not a definite cost for a repair, a diagnosis fee of $70 is required up front.
Diag fee for Pro Audio / Video gear is $120This ensures I am not left with items that may be deemed uneconomical to repair due to cost of parts or extent of damage.
Repairs left past 10 days of notification incur $10 / day storage fee. If I run out of room due to lack of prompt pickup of items, I then have to notify customers to not drop repairs in until the current repairs are picked up. Your delay inhibits my ability to repair for others !
Schools
All repairs are to be accompanied by a purchase order from the school. This is mandatory for me invoicing the Department of Education.
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR UNWANTED REPAIRS
Items that have got to the point of not being picked up, generally means the customer wants to avoid the diagnosis fee.This is a small price to pay in exchange for a show of your character. Please do not leave your unwanted repairs. Lack of communication or response to voice messages / sms / emails will result in you being added to a block list - meaning you will not have the option of further repairs.
Your unwanted goods are your responsibility.
